The book collection of the National Archives in Krakow is a specialised collection of publications – a scientific library, which helps researchers thanks to the wide range of literary objects to choose from. Currently, the collection contains over 30 thousand titles. The majority of them are from the areas of archiving, history, auxiliary sciences of history, source publishing, works based on archival materials, as well as various regional subjects (in particular, numerous ones from Krakow).
All of the Krakow and local branches have collections tailored to their profiles, which are available for users on site in the reading rooms.
The Archives cooperates with the Regional Public Library in Krakow with the result being that digitalised collections of the Archives are gradually being made available online on the Małopolska Digital Library website (http://mbc.malopolska.pl).
