Employment documentation

It should be remembered that the National Archives in Krakow does not store employment documentation of all organisations active in Malopolska. Currently, we store the documentation of only a few dozen bodies. The full list of organisations can be found here.

In addition, some of the documentation initially stored by us, due to the lack of space in our storerooms, has been transferred to the State Archives of Employment Documentation in Milanówek. Currently, it is located in the Archives of Employment Documentation of the State Archives in Warsaw, 105-822 Milanówek.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that applications for retirement and other purposes regarding copies and extracts from documents given to the State Archives in Warsaw should be submitted (best of all by mail) directly to that institution. An application form can be obtained in any archive or downloaded and printed from their website.
